How it works
Install the module
Install it from Apps after checking that the beautifulsoup4 Python library is available on the server.
See the immediate effect
Emails, login, portal and website footer are cleaned as soon as it is installed with no setup.
Tick the records
In developer mode open the email templates or the views then tick those to tidy.
Run the action
Use the Action menu. A notification gives the number of items cleaned and the list reloads.

This release targets Odoo 20 in both Community and Enterprise. It depends on base, mail, web and portal plus the beautifulsoup4 library.
Yes. Only the promotional block is removed from emails and the unfollow link keeps displaying as in Odoo.
No. Only the two administrator actions clean them. An Odoo upgrade may overwrite the result so run the action again if needed.
The inheriting views disappear and native pages come back unchanged. Templates and views already cleaned by the actions stay clean.
Screens compiled in the browser such as the point of sale customer display or the attendance kiosk. They would need a dedicated link module.
No. Only the promotional marker and links whose text is exactly Odoo disappear. Documentation and partner links stay.
