Join ANOR as an Odoo consultant

What we offer
- Work anywhere in France. ANOR has team members all over France: the whole team works remotely, with on-site presence on request.
- Projects followed from scoping to support. A lead consultant accompanies their client from start to finish, with no constant handovers.
- Publishing modules on the Odoo App Store, when a recurring need justifies a reusable development.
We support SMEs and mid-sized companies in five sectors: trading, distribution, commerce and retail, service companies and industrial production. Assignments range from organisation consulting (situation audit, process review, project owner assistance) to implementation, migration and support.
How we work
Remote, with method
Shared tools, video conferences and regular check-ins. Key workshops take place on site when justified.
Consulting before technology
We challenge requirements and arbitrate between configuration, custom development and process reorganisation.
Clean code
Structured Python code that follows Odoo conventions, so as not to block the next migration.
The Odoo consultant profiles that make up the team
The team brings together project directors, functional consultants, accounting consultants, industrial process experts and technical consultants. You can meet them on the Team page.
What we expect from everyone comes down to a few words: understand the client's business before their software, say frankly what is feasible and what is not and deliver what was promised.
