ANOR is an Odoo integration firm and consultancy. Our job goes beyond installing software: making your business run better after the project than before.
We support SMEs and mid-sized companies from organisation consulting (complimentary situation audit, process review, scoping) through to production support, including integration, justified custom development and training. We work throughout France.
How our Odoo integration firm works
Our consultants are based across France, at your side wherever you are. It is a deliberate choice and it means projects run on shared tools, with regular video calls and on-site presence on request.
ANOR was founded by four partners with complementary skills: project management, operations and delivery, finance and methodology. All of them are hands-on in projects. Around them, consultants specialised by domain, five of whom are Odoo certified.
Every client has a lead consultant from start to finish. Key workshops are held on site and travel is included in the quote. The people you talk to before the sale are the same ones who deliver.
The name ANOR is of Breton origin. It means honour: transparency about what we can do, honesty about what we advise against and commitment to what we promise.

Our vision of a successful Odoo project
A well-deployed information system is not measured by the number of apps installed. It is measured by how the teams actually use it, by the reliability of the data it produces and by the clarity it gives managers to steer the business.
For us, a successful Odoo project rests on three conditions:
- rigorous scoping, which challenges processes and sets clear priorities;
- an implementation that respects long-term maintainability, standard first, disciplined development second;
- support after go-live, training included, which guarantees lasting adoption.
We commit to operational results, not just days delivered. That rests on a command of the software's architecture, genuine advice on third-party modules, the ability to interface Odoo with the other solutions on the market and solid project management practice.
Our three commitments
Our principles come down to three commitments. They guide our quotes as much as our projects.
- Listen before pricing: the price of an implementation comes after scoping.
- Use the standard wherever it does the job and keep development for genuine gaps.
- Announce a deadline once your teams' availability is known.
Custom development is only undertaken once standard configuration options have been exhausted and its cost has been measured over time: development, maintenance and migration. When we do develop, the code is structured, tested, documented and compliant with Odoo conventions.
