Odoo pricing: the Custom plan, one price, every application

Odoo pricing fits on one line: the "Custom" plan at €35.90 per user per month for the first year, then €44.90 from the second year.

This page sets out Odoo pricing as the publisher sets it: what the licence includes, who counts as a user, what is costed after a conversation and how the roll-out unfolds. You leave with a clear reading of your licence budget before we even meet. Consulting, for its part, starts free of charge: the on-site situation audit is complimentary.

Odoo licence price: how much does the Custom plan cost?

With this plan, you choose neither à-la-carte applications nor hidden options. The number of users is the only parameter of your licence line: multiply the price by your users, then by twelve for the annual figure.

We settled on this plan as our main one because it accepts custom modules, third-party connectors and several companies. It spares you a change of plan mid-project, at the very moment the need becomes clear.

What the Custom plan includes

A complete scope from day one, with no surcharge per application.

Every application

Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, Manufacturing, Project, Human Resources, eCommerce, Point of Sale and all the others.

Versions and publisher support

Successive Odoo versions and access to the publisher's support are included in the licence. Standard applications are migrated by its upgrade service.

Multi-company

Several companies in the same database, with flows between them and rights per entity.

External APIs

Connect your third-party tools: bank, payroll, carriers, marketplace, a line-of-business tool you keep.

Who counts as a user?

Only internal users who log in to the back office are billed. Your customers, suppliers and applicants use the portal without a licence: they view their quotations, invoices, tickets or orders free of charge.

Since Odoo 20, an internal user is classified as Light or Standard according to the rights assigned to them. You can prepare that classification with our guide on Light users: it has a direct effect on your licence line.

Odoo integration cost: what depends on your project

Three items are costed after a conversation, never from a displayed price: they depend on your organisation, not on a grid.

Hosting

Odoo Online when the standard is enough, Odoo.sh as soon as a custom module or a connector comes into play, a dedicated server when you want full control. The choice is settled at scoping.

Implementation

Scoping, configuration, data migration, training and go-live. The scope of the first batch, the quality of your data and the interfaces to build shape the proposal.

Follow-up

Support, fixes, enhancements in small batches and help with version upgrades. This line is costed at the same time as the project, never afterwards.

Why we do not display an implementation price

Two companies with twenty users can ask for very different projects: one moves its sales and invoicing over in eight weeks, the other migrates a complete ERP with ten years of history and three interfaces. A displayed price would be wrong for one of them.

We prefer to qualify six variables in thirty minutes: number of users and business functions, functional scope, state of the data, gap from the standard, interfaces to build, share taken on by your team. The written proposal then states its scope and assumptions. Our guide How much does Odoo cost details each line of the budget.

  • A written scope, binding throughout the project.
  • Custom development isolated and costed separately, with its rework cost at version upgrades.
  • Training included in the batch, never pushed out as an option.
  • A follow-up line present from the very first proposal.

How it works, from the first conversation to go-live

1

30-minute conversation

By video call, with a certified consultant. You describe your business and your most costly flows. We offer a demonstration on a flow close to your trade if it helps you decide.

2

Scoping

Your processes are described, the options laid out with their limits, the scope of the first batch set down in writing. Your proposal follows from it.

3

Roll-out in batches

Configuration within the standard, data migration, acceptance testing by your key users, training by business function. From eight weeks for a limited first batch to twelve months for a multi-site mid-sized company.

4

Long-term follow-up

Reinforced presence during the first days, then a support contract, enhancements in short batches and version upgrade follow-up.

Frequently asked questions about Odoo pricing

€35.90 per user per month is the first-year price with the Odoo publisher. From the second year, the licence is €44.90 per user per month. It is still subscribed with the publisher, with the same applications and the same updates.

We recommend the Custom plan, because it accepts custom modules, connectors and several companies. It spares you a change of plan along the way. The real lever for savings is the number of users, not the plan.

The licence includes successive Odoo versions and access to the publisher's support. Help with your version upgrades, the rework of your custom modules and training on each new feature come under your follow-up contract with ANOR.

It depends on the option chosen: Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or a dedicated server. The choice is made at scoping, according to your need for custom modules and test environments. Our page SaaS, Odoo.sh or server details each case.

Yes. We work in batches: a limited first scope, put into service and used, then extensions in short batches. Each batch is costed and approved before the next one starts.

Odoo Community can be downloaded freely and covers a narrower scope. The Custom plan brings full accounting, financial reports and hosting by the publisher: for a French SME, it is the choice we recommend. We discuss it openly during the first conversation.

The on-site situation audit is complimentary: it comes before any proposal. Organisation consulting and process review are then quoted as an engagement, with a written scope and deliverables.

Odoo's Custom plan, which gives access to every application of the Enterprise edition, costs €35.90 per user per month for the first year, then €44.90 from the second year. Portal users, customers and vendors, pay nothing.
