Free Odoo audit: identify your performance levers
Is your Odoo holding you back rather than freeing you up? Let's look at it together, on site.
ANOR's free Odoo audit is a situation review carried out on site. It is the first step of our organisation consulting: a certified consultant watches your teams at work, reviews your configuration, your processes and your data, then hands you a concrete, prioritised roadmap. No commitment: you decide what comes next.
This Odoo audit is for you if…
You only use a fraction of it
You have been using Odoo for more than six months and feel you are missing out on what it can do.
You are preparing a migration
You are considering moving to Odoo 19 or 20 and want to know what deserves to be carried over, simplified or dropped.
You inherited an Odoo
Deployed by another provider, your Odoo lacks visibility: configuration, developments, technical debt.
Your team works around the tool
Excel exports, double entry, parallel files: workarounds point to configuration that needs revisiting.
You are preparing for growth
New company, international expansion, acquisition: your Odoo has to keep up, multi-company and multi-currency.
You want an outside opinion
A fresh look, from consultants who know Odoo versions 5 to 20.
How does the free Odoo audit work?
1
Scoping call
Thirty minutes by video. A senior ANOR consultant learns about your business, your Odoo version and your main pain points, then defines the scope of the audit with you.
2
On-site observation
The consultant comes to your premises. They watch your teams work in Odoo, note what is still done outside the tool and why, then examine the configuration and the data.
3
Analysis
We cross-check what we saw with your configuration: settings, custom developments, data quality, access security, readiness for version upgrades.
4
Debrief
Thirty to forty-five minutes to present our observations, the risks identified and our prioritised recommendations. You leave with a summary document.
What does the summary document contain?
- What works: the well-run flows, to be preserved in future changes.
- The workarounds observed: where your teams step out of Odoo, with the configuration or custom development that would bring them back in.
- The risks: version nearing end of support, overly broad access rights, inconsistent master data, unmaintained developments.
- A prioritised roadmap: quick, low-cost actions first, structuring projects next, with a reasoned order of execution.
The document is yours. You can hand it to your team, to another provider or to ANOR: you freely choose what comes next.
Why an on-site audit rather than a remote one?
Short answer: workarounds are not in the database. They are on desks, in shared files and in habits. You see them by watching people work.
An Excel export redone every Monday, double entry between two screens, a price book kept by hand: these signals show up in half a day of observation. They then steer the configuration review towards what really matters for your business, rather than an exhaustive walk through the menus.
We work anywhere in France. Our team is present across France and travels for what deserves it: observing your teams is one of those things.
And after the Odoo audit?
Depending on the roadmap, the next step takes different forms: a process review or project owner assistance as part of our organisation consulting when the organisation is at stake, an Odoo migration when the version is reaching end of support, a project rescue when the database was deployed by another provider, or simply a few settings and a training session.
Each recommendation is estimated in days when you decide to launch it, never before. The audit remains complimentary whatever you decide.
