The need
Your customers read a quotation where every quantity drags its unit along ("7.00 Hours", "2.00 Dozens"). On a sales document, this repetition weighs down reading and sometimes causes confusion.
What you gain
Cleaner quantities
The number shows alone, without "Units" or "Hours", on order lines, combos and grouped section summaries.
Clear conversion
A line sold by the dozen prints the quantity in product units with the matching unit price.
Lighter section titles
A section title no longer shows its unit in brackets and shows nothing extra when the quantity is 1.
Reduced notes
Terms and conditions and the payment terms note are printed in a reduced font, as plain text or as a web link.
Same look for pro forma
The pro forma invoice relies on the same template and automatically gets the same cleanup, with no extra setting.
No configuration
No menu, group or setting: simply install the module and the printout changes.
How it works
Install the module
Install it from the Apps menu: only the Sales app is required and there is nothing to configure.
Prepare a quotation
Create or open a quotation whose lines use the units of measure of your choice, dozens and hours included.
Print the document
Click Print then Quotation / Order: the generated PDF applies the new layout right away.
Check the result
Look for quantities without units, the conversion of dozen-based lines and the reduced size of the notes.
Go back to standard
Uninstall the module if needed: the native report comes back at once and no data has been touched.

Frequently asked questions
No. Only the PDF changes: the unit stays on the order line, in the interface and in the stock moves.
No. The portal page uses another template and keeps its units. The invoice and the delivery slip do not change either.
The quantity converted into the product unit and the unit price of that unit. Two dozen at 120 give 24 at 10, with an unchanged amount.
Sometimes: the converted quantity follows unit precision and the price follows price precision. A price of 100 per dozen prints 8.33 per unit.
The 20.0 branch, in Community or Enterprise, on Odoo.sh or on-premise. The module depends only on the Sales application.
No. No group, access right or rule is added: printing follows the native access rights on sale orders.
Localizations or variants such as DIN 5008 keep their own template changes. Check their rendering if you use them.
The module has no model and no field: only the report inheritance disappears and printing returns to Odoo's own, with no migration.
Scope
Only the PDF report of quotations, orders and pro forma invoices changes: the order in Odoo, the customer portal and other documents stay untouched.
