The need
You run several shops under one company but your PDF documents always show the same logo. Customers get an invoice that does not look like the site they ordered from.
What you gain
Brand identity on PDFs
Website logo, slogan and footer replace the company ones on printouts, with no change to your report templates.
Brand followed end to end
The brand chosen on the order passes automatically to the delivery slip and then to the invoice and credit note.
Eight compatible layouts
Standard, wave, bubble, folder, center, dual, lines and compact all display the slogan of the brand.
Safe fallback to the company
If a brand has no logo the company one prints. Documents with no brand keep the usual identity.
Brand editable on quotes
A salesperson picks the brand of a back-office quotation as long as it stays a draft or is sent.
How it works
Enable multi-website
Tick the multi-website option in the website settings then create one website per brand.
Fill in each website
On the website form add the logo then complete the Slogan and Custom footer tabs.
Pick the report layout
Select the company report layout: the brand identity prints on every one of them.
Print your documents
A web order carries its brand by default. On a manual quotation select the brand in the Other Info tab.

Frequently asked questions
This release targets Odoo 20 in both Community and Enterprise. It depends on the website, website_sale, website_sale_stock, account and sale_stock modules.
The company logo prints instead. A website without a slogan or footer prints nothing in that spot.
It inherits the brand of the invoiced orders. If orders of several brands are billed together it stays empty. A credit note inherits the brand of the invoice it cancels.
No. Only customer orders with their pro forma, delivery slips and invoices or credit notes switch identity. Everything else keeps the company one.
Yes. Invoices follow the brand of their orders even once posted so a new brand on the order changes how they print.
No. The native field of Odoo 20 takes over the column written by version 19 and the brands of deliveries and invoices are kept.
Slogans, footers and the Brand fields of invoices and deliveries are removed. Reports go back to the company logo and header.
Scope
It covers quotations and orders, delivery slips, invoices and credit notes; other documents keep the company identity.
