Without allocated hours, with a service invoiced by milestones or on an unconfirmed quotation, Planning computes as usual.
No trace once uninstalled
No field or view is added: removing the module simply gives the native hours back.
How it works
Have both applications
Install the allocated hours module and Sales Planning: the link then installs itself.
Prepare the service product
Fill in its allocated hours, give it a planning role and enable service planning.
Confirm the order
On confirmation, Planning creates the unscheduled slot with the allocated hours of the line.
Assign the resources
Open the order or Planning, then place that slot on the schedule of your teams.
