The Auguria Odoo modules are now ANOR modules
Ten Odoo modules published on the App Store, 1,053 cumulative installs: the modules published under the Auguria SAS name are now maintained by ANOR.
If you use one of these modules, this article answers the key question: what does this takeover change for you? Short answer: nothing technical. The details below explain what changes in maintenance and in the presentation of each module.
What changes for you
Short answer: nothing on the technical side. Technical names do not change, your installations keep working and updates arrive through the same channel.
The modules were published under the name Auguria SAS. They are now taken over under the ANOR brand and the displayed publisher becomes "Auguria by ANOR". You have nothing to do: no reinstallation, no data migration, no configuration change.
As a reminder, these Odoo modules are installed on Odoo.sh or on a dedicated server (Odoo on-premise), the two hosting options that accept custom modules. That does not change.
What changes in maintenance
The modules are presented in the ANOR online shop, with their description, maintained version and price. You can check in a minute whether a module meets your need before installing it.
Porting to another Odoo version is done on request. If you are preparing an Odoo migration and one of these modules is in your scope, flag it early: it is an item to include in the migration plan, just like your custom developments. If your database runs on a version the publisher no longer maintains, the timing is right: on Odoo.sh, the platform requires a supported version; on a dedicated server, the version keeps running without security fixes from the publisher. Module porting and the Odoo upgrade are then planned together.
The code of custom developments remains handed over to the client and remains their property. Modules published on the App Store follow the terms of their publication.

Why ANOR is taking over these Odoo modules
ANOR is the continuation of Auguria: the firm became ANOR after years of Odoo practice. The modules were born from needs met on projects. It was logical for them to be maintained by the team that uses them and knows them.
If one of these modules does not quite cover your need, the answer is not always a new module. We first look at what standard Odoo can do, then at what Odoo configuration can handle and finally at what deserves a tailor-made Odoo module. This approach is described on the Custom development page.
This is also where our work as an Odoo consulting and integration firm matters most: before adding a module, a process review often tells whether the need comes from the tool or from the organisation. Our consultants scope the need with you, then translate it into configuration or development.

Yes, porting to another version is done on request. Each module's page shows the version currently maintained.
A module published on the Odoo App Store meets a need shared by many companies: it is installed as is and follows the terms of its publication. A custom Odoo development meets a need specific to your organisation: its code is handed over to you and remains your property. In between, Odoo configuration already covers many cases.
The price of each module is shown on its page in the ANOR online shop, with its scope and maintained version. For a broader need, a thirty-minute conversation with an Odoo consultant tells whether a module, a configuration or a development is the right answer.
A question about one of these modules?
Let's talk about it for thirty minutes with an Odoo consultant: existing module, configuration or custom development.
