Auguria has built solid, recognized Odoo expertise, proven on complex projects. ANOR is the next step: a multi-partner structure, formalized governance, a transferable methodology. Not a name change — a fundamental evolution.

Auguria grew up with Odoo

Auguria has supported Odoo since its early versions — back when the software was still called TinyERP, then OpenERP. A time when the platform was promising but demanding: it was hard to move forward on a project without committing significant development to cover needs that were nonetheless common. Slightly complex inventory management, a specific invoicing rule, a non-standard purchasing flow — all cases that required code where today a few settings are enough.

Version after version, Odoo closed its gaps. Modules were enriched, the interface was redesigned, application logic was consolidated. What the first integrators built by hand gradually became native. Odoo 16, 17, 18, 19 — each release reduces the scope of what requires custom development and widens what can be delivered out of the box.

Auguria lived this trajectory from the inside. It forged rare expertise: knowing how to tell what deserves to be developed from what should be configured, reframing a customer's need to avoid unnecessary development, and building on the native functional richness rather than working around it. This accumulated maturity is the foundation of ANOR.

  • 2009 Auguria joins the OpenERP ecosystem
A powerful but raw platform — every project requires a significant share of custom development to cover common business needs.
  • 2014 OpenERP becomes Odoo — the turning point
Interface overhaul, SaaS model, functional expansion. The product begins to speak to the SME market beyond early adopters.
  • v16 Functional maturity
MRP, POS, e-commerce, multi-company accounting, production management — modules that have become complete enough to cover without development needs that once required it.
  • v19 Odoo 19 — built-in AI, complete platform
AI bank reconciliation, accounting assistant, content generation. Custom development now focuses on the real differentiating business challenges — not on the product's gaps.

Why this evolution, why now

A consulting firm is not reduced to its founder. Value lies in methods, teams, the ability to deliver repeatably — independently of individuals. This is what led to the creation of SAS ANOR: formalizing a structure capable of carrying a collective ambition, with clear governance and committed partners.

The Odoo market in France is accelerating. Mandatory e-invoicing in September 2026, the opening of Odoo's Lyon office, the pressure on SMEs to migrate to integrated solutions — all signals that call for a structured positioning, not a makeshift response. ANOR is built for this moment.

Four partners, four complementary areas of expertise

ANOR's strength rests on the complementarity of its founding partners. Each profile covers a strategic axis of the firm — with no redundancy and no blind spot.

  • Cyrille de Lambert - President
Strategic vision, business development, Odoo expertise. Architect of the transformation
  • Sandrine Chaufournais - Executive Director
Operational management, customer relations, coordination of teams and ongoing projects.
  • Jean-Noël Etienne - Director of Operations & Delivery
Project delivery, execution quality, management of technical and functional teams.
  • Jael Kologrecki - Chief Financial Officer
Financial management, management control, economic structuring of the firm.

What ANOR does — and what it doesn't

ANOR is an Odoo consulting and integration firm. Its scope is deliberately focused: trading, retail, services and industry. This focus is not a constraint — it is a strategic choice. Sector mastery is what produces successful projects, not catalog breadth.

ANOR does not do system, network or security development. What we do, we do well — and we have partners for what we don't.

A methodology as a competitive advantage

Most Odoo integration firms deliver individual skill. ANOR delivers a method. The Methodology department, led by Audrey Braun, has the mission of formalizing project approaches, capitalizing on lessons learned and ensuring that quality does not depend on the person assigned to the project.

This is what makes it possible to keep commitments on complex projects — multi-version migrations, third-party integrations, multi-site deployments — without depending on a single irreplaceable expert.

A successful Odoo project does not rely on a consultant's heroics. It relies on a proven method, clear governance and a team that knows what to do at each step — regardless of who holds the project.

Auguria and ANOR: continuity, not a break

The Auguria commercial brand remains active. It carries the history, the reputation and the customer relationships built over the long term. ANOR is the legal and operational structure that gives it a collective foundation and a structured capacity for growth.

For customers, nothing changes in the relationship — the contacts, the methods and the commitments remain the same. What changes is the strength of the structure behind them: four committed partners, formalized governance, and the ability to absorb growth without losing quality.

ANOR is built for the moment when the Odoo market in France accelerates. Not to take advantage of it — but to be ready to serve it properly.
